💼 Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

✨ Key Responsibilities

✔ Build and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities

✔ Recruit and manage Campus Ambassadors across India

✔ Plan and execute marketing campaigns & events

✔ Drive student registrations and conversions

✔ Lead, train, and mentor student teams

💰 Compensation

🔹 ₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable (Uncapped)

🔹 Probation period: 3 Months

🔹 Probation Stipend: ₹15,000/month + incentives
