Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM)

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in backend operations, administration etc.

Industry : E-commerce / Retail / Fashion / Service Industry

Responsibilites

• Manage and oversee daily backend operations with smooth coordination across sales.
• Maintain accurate data entries, documentation, system updates, and inventory/order records.
• Generate, analyze, and manage daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Supervise backend staff, streamline workflows, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Address escalations, coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions, and support management.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage workloads, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM systems, data tools, and backend management software.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and team coordination.

Monthly CTC : Based on experience and company standards
