We’re now looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our fully remote team and help us accelerate innovation through AI-driven development practices

🚀Your Role

You’ll be instrumental in building scalable backend systems, creating high-performance APIs, and leveraging AI tools to automate, optimize, and elevate the development process.

🧠What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java & Spring Boot
• Design and optimize databases with SQL
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub & Jenkins
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) to speed up coding, testing, and delivery
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful features

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and AWS
• Familiarity with or interest in AI-based development tools
• Remote working experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
