Position: Backend & DevOps Engineer

Required Exp: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

• Domain Skills Required
• Golang REST API development using gorilla/mux
• Three-layer architecture: Handler Service Repository
• Raw parameterized SQL (PostgreSQL 17) via database/sql no ORM usage
• Manual dependency injection (no DI frameworks)
• Database migration management using Flyway
• GCP Cloud Build CI/CD pipeline development and optimization (cloudbuild-ci.yaml, cloudbuild-dev.yaml)
• Docker multi-stage builds targeting distroless, non-root images
• GCP Cloud Run deployment and container/service management
• Azure AD JWT validation (inbound auth) and OAuth2 client credentials flow (outbound auth)
• GCP Secret Manager (SM) for secrets/config management
• SonarQube code quality scanning and FOSSA license compliance integration
• Unit testing: table-driven tests, httptest, mockery, go-sqlmock
• Software / application / Tool Details
• Go (1.25+), gorilla/mux
• PostgreSQL 17, database/sql, Flyway
• Docker (multi-stage, distroless builds)
• GCP Suite: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, Secret Manager (SM)
• Azure AD (JWT/JWKS), OAuth2
• SonarQube, FOSSA
• Testing tools: httptest, mockery, go-sqlmock
• Soft Skill Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail/rigor
• Ability to work within strict architectural guidelines and coding standards
• Clear technical communication for governance/status reporting
• Ownership mindset for both application code and infrastructure automation
• Collaborative approach to code reviews and quality gates (SonarQube/FOSSA)
