Senior Backend Developer What youll do

• Design and build high-performance Node.js microservices
• Work on real-time systems using WebSockets (Socket.io)
• Build scalable systems using PostgreSQL + Redis
• Implement and maintain queue-based workflows
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Own features end-to-end and ensure reliability in production
• Interact directly with clients when required

Must-have skills

• Node.js + Express in production
• Experience with RabbitMQ or BullMQ (at least one queue system mandatory)
• PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
• Redis (caching, pub/sub, real-time state)
• Microservices architecture
• Real-time systems (WebSockets/Socket.io)

People & delivery expectations

• Experience working in large engineering teams
• Client-facing project handling experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to own problems, not just write code

Experience

• 4+ years backend experience
• At least 3 years with Node.js

Compensation: Up to 1,500,000.00 per year
