Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Python/FastAPI) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems that form the core of our health-tech solutions. The features you develop will directly influence performance, reliability, and user experience across our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful & WebSocket APIs using FastAPI.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to design and integrate APIs.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Manage and optimize database interactions (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2).
• Build asynchronous applications leveraging Python async features.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain backend services on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Use Git for version control and follow collaborative workflows.
• Debug, test, and resolve backend issues to ensure smooth performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong command of Python and FastAPI
• Experience with JWT / OAuth2 authentication
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
• Familiar with Git and collaborative development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional tea

Primary skills :Python, FastAPI,RESTapi,websocket,PostgreSql,AWS, Git,RDBMS Secoundry skills : Azure , Postman,Swagger, Docker,Redis,Celery,CI/CD

Main Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI
• Strong knowledge of REST API development
• Good experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience implementing WebSocket / real-time communication
• Understanding of backend architecture and API design
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Experience with API testing and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman
• Good understanding of Git and version control
• Basic knowledge of AWS EC2,RDS,S3,CloudFront,IAM
• Knowledge of debugging, error handling, logging, and performance optimization

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
