We're Hiring: Backend Developer (1–2 Years Experience)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (Based on Experience)

Backend Developer – ERP Project

Role

Backend Developer to work on Newgentech's internal ERP development using ERP Next & Frappe Framework.

Must Have

Python

SQL / MariaDB / MySQL

REST APIs

Git / GitHub

Linux

Strong backend fundamentals

Previous experience with an ERP system or similar business application

Good to Have

Frappe Framework

ERPNext

Docker

Redis

AWS

Responsibilities

Develop backend logic and APIs.

Implement business workflows and validations.

Work with databases and ERP modules.

Debug and maintain backend code.

Collaborate with the ERP team on Sales, Purchase, Inventory and other modules.

Follow Git-based development and testing practices.

Preferred: Candidate who has previously worked on an ERP, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, CRM, or similar business application.
