Experience building document / artifact generation and export endpoints
Solid REST API design skills
Senior-level Python engineer with strong system design skills
Hands-on FastAPI and LangGraph experience
Proven experience decoupling monolithic orchestration logic into modular, independently deployable services
5+ years backend engineering experience with a security / trust-and-safety focus
Experience with content-filtering or policy-enforcement engines
Familiarity with human-in-the-loop review workflow design and prompt-injection defenses
Strong Python skills
3+ years data engineering experience with API integration and pipeline design
Experience with source-grounding / citation pipeline design
Experience with risk-management or lessons-learned enterprise workflow data a plus
