Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
Solid experience with SQL-based relational databases
Experience building high-performance REST APIs
Hands-on experience with messaging systems, queues, and WebSocket-based communication
Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Capital Market applications
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
Strong understanding of server-side architecture, performance optimization, security, and maintainability
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working in both on-premises and cloud environments
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills
