Back End Developer (Bengaluru)

EXP: 6+ Location: Bangalore Interview Mode: F2F ( 14th Aug 2026) Note: If you are available for F2F Please Apply Here Key Responsibilities and Duties - Develop and maintain APIs, tools and capabilities to centralise data events. - Solve technical problems to improve our development process, increase our efficiency and unlock recent business opportunities. - Contribute to technical discussion around software architecture and help the team to make decisions that are agile, incremental and beneficial for the long term - Systematically identify patterns and underlying issues in complex situations, and to find solutions by applying logical and analytical thinking - Provide stable and well defined solutions to simplify and accelerate business decisions as well as strengthen the integrity of our payment pipelines. The job requirements - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with strong knowledge of at least one language like Java (Preferrable), Python or Golang. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty as equivalent - Proven experience with System Design and Software Architecture - Strong communication and team collaboration skills - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working with teams located in different timezones is a plus - Experience with Reliability, Site Reliability, Observability and Monitoring is a strong plus
