Infoble Technologies is looking for a B2B Email Marketing & CRM Specialist to manage the systems and processes supporting our international outbound business development operations.

You will be responsible for keeping campaigns organized, maintaining CRM data, monitoring email performance and ensuring that prospects move through the correct stages of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B email campaigns.
• Create and manage prospect segments.
• Configure follow-up sequences.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Track replies, bounces and opt-outs.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline stages.
• Ensure accurate lead information.
• Prepare campaign performance reports.
• Monitor email deliverability metrics.
• Coordinate with the Outreach and SDR teams.
• Maintain follow-up schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain organized records of prospects and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms.
• Positive understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Robust analytical skills.
• Good English communication.
• Robust organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
• Understanding of email deliverability is preferred.
