Implement security best practices, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability assessments, to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of Azure resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, performance, and application functionality in Azure
Critical Skills to Possess:
Experienced in working with Azure PaaS offerings, not limited to App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), Storage Accounts, and Key Vaults.
Proficient in comprehending Azure PaaS, along with its troubleshooting and performance optimization techniques.
Skilled in resolving fundamental problems, retrieving logs from various Azure services, and utilizing Application Insights effectively. Configure monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights) to proactively monitor the health, performance, and availability of PaaS services. Set up alerts, dashboards, and reports to enable real-time visibility into system metrics and application telemetry.
Collaborate with software developers to integrate applications with Azure services and APIs.
Experience in RESTful APIs, Azure API Management and its operational mechanisms.
Skilled in the development and management of CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps and Flex Deploy, coupled with a background in API operations and expertise in automating API deployments.
Integrate PaaS solutions with other Azure services, third-party services, and on-premises systems to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability. Develop custom connectors, APIs, and middleware solutions as needed to facilitate integration.
Document architectural designs, deployment procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for PaaS solutions. Share knowledge and expertise with team members through training sessions, brown bag sessions, and documentation repositories to foster continuous learning and skill development.
