Job Description & Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide Level 1+ support for Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
Virtual Machines (VMs): Assist with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Azure VMs.
Load Balancers: Configure and manage Azure Load Balancers to ensure efficient distribution of network traffic.
Networking: Support Azure networking services, including Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, and VPN Gateways.
Monitoring: Utilize Azure Monitoring tools to track the performance and health of cloud resources, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
