Axtria - Senior Data Scientist - AI/ML

JOB OBJECTIVE : Sr. Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in developing scalable Machine Learning models and their operationalization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Model development using Python/PySpark libraries.- Experience with Databricks or Dataiku DSS.- Strong experience on Spark with Scala/Python/Java.- Proficiency in building/training/evaluating state of the art machine learning models and deployment.- Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods (SVM, Decision-Trees, Bagging, Boosting, Clustering).- Proficiency in Core NLP techniques (Text Classification, NER, Topic Modeling, Sentiment Analysis).- Hands-on experience in Python data-science packages (NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, Seaborn, PyCaret, Matplotlib).- Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, NLTK, PyTorch, Keras, SparkML, OpenAI).- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).- Experience in business development initiatives (RFP/RFI responses, proposals).- Ability to mentor and guide mid to large sized teams.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : - B-Tech/BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college.- 10+ years of proven experience in Advanced Analytics or Machine Learning.- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
