Aws Devops & Peoplesoft Infrastructure Engineer Contract Role Coimbatore (India)

Role: AWS DevOps & PeopleSoft Infrastructure Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Shift: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST Key Skills: AWS Certified, AWS DevOps, Cloud Platforms, IaC, PeopleSoft Administration, Windows/Linux, Production Support. Role Summary: We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong PeopleSoft Administration and Production Support background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting enterprise PeopleSoft environments, AWS/cloud infrastructure, automation, and production operations. Key Responsibilities: Support PeopleSoft production and non-production environments. Perform PeopleSoft installations, environment refreshes, cloning, uptime/downtime, and decommissioning. Troubleshoot Integration Broker, application, infrastructure, and production issues. Manage Windows and Linux servers, patching, monitoring, security, and performance. Support AWS cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Develop automation scripts for workplace provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes. Monitor system health, availability, capacity, backups, DR, and high availability. Support releases, planned maintenance, outages, and 24x7 on-call rotation. Design scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and DR runbooks. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps and support teams. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or related enterprise technology. Solid PeopleSoft Administration experience. Solid AWS/Cloud and DevOps experience; AWS certification preferred. Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications in production. Intermediate/advanced VMware or virtualization experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST
