Role: AVP (Area Head) - Retail Agency.

Location - Patna.

Job description -

  • Manage the Retail Agency channel across 2 states - Bihar & Jharkhand.
  • Drive recruitment, training, and performance of teams and partners.
  • Build new partnerships and grow existing business.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and other stakeholders.
  • Own P&L, track market trends, and resolve issues.
