Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the role of Infrastructure Monitoring Manager with Automic skills. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and management of our organization's infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- With your expertise in Automic, you will play a crucial role in automating various tasks and processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Responsibilities:-Develop and implement comprehensive infrastructure monitoring strategies and processes-Monitor the performance and availability of servers, networks, and databases using Automic tools-Identify and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure monitoring capabilities-
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure architecture and monitoring procedures-
- Design and implement automation workflows using Automic-Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies-
- Create and deliver reports on infrastructure performance and recommend improvements
Job Responsibilities
- Professional experience in infrastructure monitoring management
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Automic tools
- Solid understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven experience in automation and workflow design using Automic
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to infrastructure monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
