Role Description The Automation & Process Improvement Engineer | Manufacturing Engineer Embedded Systems | IoT | VLSI | Electronics & Telecommunication will drive optimization and automation initiatives across the manufacturing and product development lifecycle. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Indore Area involves analyzing existing processes, defining improvement plans, and implementing control strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and integrate embedded and IoT-based solutions into production systems, monitoring process performance, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement projects. The engineer will document workflows, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications, while ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role also includes training operations staff on new processes and technologies and providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Process Engineering to analyze workflows and design optimized, scalable solutions.
• Competence in Process Control and Analytical Skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and implement corrective actions.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and document processes clearly.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, IoT architectures, and electronics/telecommunication principles relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with VLSI concepts, PCB design workflows, or semiconductor-related processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency with engineering and productivity tools (e.g., CAD/EDA software, data analysis tools, and industrial automation platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Indore Area, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving production requirements.
