Description

Associate role in BCN Data within Bain & Company’s PIT (PEG Innovation Team), focused on Gen AI and automation for private equity applications. The position supports Beta production for AI applications under the DD2030 initiative.

Role: Associate – Gen AI Full stack Engineer

Location: New Delhi

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in database development on cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with environment creation and management
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple competing priorities
• Ability to drive projects to completion under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support Beta production of AI applications for PEG as part of the DD2030 initiative
• Work on Generative AI applications in the private equity space
• Contribute to broader PIT automation initiatives
• Write complex code for scalable, flexible, user-friendly applications
• Construct, test, install, and maintain database and backend systems for software products
• Contribute to planning for acceptance testing and implementation of new software
• Support customers with information and assistance for successful implementation
• Develop secure and highly performant services and APIs
• Evaluate technologies for adoption
• Ensure maintainability and quality of code

Additional Responsibilities

• Support process streamlining and efficiency across various investment lifecycle stages
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders
• Work as a motivated and collaborative team player
• Serve as a role-model and at-cause individual within the team and office

• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• GitHub, Docker, and containerization experience is a plus
