Role Description The Associate Frontend Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in

Tiruchirappalli, responsible for building and maintaining user-facing features for web applications. This role involves implementing responsive UI components, translating design mockups into high-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

The Associate Frontend Developer collaborates closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver performant, accessible, and scalable interfaces aligned with client requirements. Daily activities include debugging UI issues, optimizing page performance, participating in code reviews, and following best practices for secure, maintainable code. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by adopting new frontend frameworks, tools, and standards that enhance the overall development process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including building interactive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and Web Development skills to ensure consistent experiences across devices and browsers.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging practices.
• Candidates should possess basic Back-End Web Development skills to collaborate effectively with backend teams and integrate APIs.
