Key Responsibilities: Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

• Good presentation skills and understanding of Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Basic understanding of US healthcare.

Experience Requirement: 10–12 years overall, with at least 2–3 years of experience in transition management.

• Manage end-to-end transitions for new client projects.
• Drive transition and transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with US stakeholders, India leadership, HR, Administration, and other internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for senior leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Transition & Transformation.
• Project and Program Management.
