Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their academic background, professional experiences, and future goals through structured discussions and client calls.
• Create, edit, and refine resumes, LORs, essays, and other application documents while maintaining the client's authentic voice.
• Guide clients through the content development process by providing timely feedback, resolving content-related queries, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Ensure every document meets quality standards and aligns with the specific requirements of different universities and academic programs.
• Manage multiple client assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth progress of client applications and timely completion of content.
• Proactively follow up with clients to gather information, address content gaps, and keep projects moving as planned.
• Review documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, formatting, and overall impact before final submission.
• Contribute ideas to improve editorial processes and enhance the overall client experience.
