Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer – Java for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Java Development, Backend Development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Databases, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications.

The Backend Developer – Java will work closely with software, IT, data, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve reliable Java-based backend applications and services.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, backend development, software development, software engineering, API development, application development, or related technology roles can apply.
• Candidates currently working as Java Backend Developer, Backend Developer, Java Developer, Backend Engineer, Java Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Application Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
• Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and software-development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
• Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, messaging systems, or event-driven architecture will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, testing, and debugging will be beneficial.
• Exposure to testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, or similar tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, command-line tools, application servers, and deployment workflows will be an advantage.
• Understanding of database design, application security, API performance, and scalable backend architecture will be beneficial.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, GitHub project, API project, hackathon, freelance work, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Strong willingness to learn new Java, backend, database, cloud, and software-development technologies.
