Role & responsibilities

  • Experience: 10+ years in Green Building Management for buildings, campuses or public areas.
  • Mandatory: IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) Certification.
  • Experience in IGBC certification, implementation and compliance.
  • Manage Environmental, Sustainability & Governance (ESG) programs.
  • Coordinate and monitor green building initiatives, audits and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and data management tools.
  • Strong skills in reporting, stakeholder coordination and project management.
