Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager, based in Borivali. The role involves overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, and improving efficiency in processes. The Assistant Operations Manager will coordinate between departments, supervise inventory management, address patient concerns, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience. Additional responsibilities may include supporting strategic planning, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to address patient concerns and collaborate across departments

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in healthcare or clinic management is considered a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
