About Company-

Japanese trading company specializing in non-ferrous metals, electronic materials, and industrial components.

Experience

Mandatory: Sales experience in metals industry (aluminum, copper, or steel), business development experience, experience in a Japanese company.

Preferred: Industry dealing with semiconductor, automotive, HVAC or can manufacturing sectors. Also, experience of working in start-up phase.

Job Description: -

• Lead new business development activities with Indian and multinational clients.
• Identify and develop customers and suppliers for non-ferrous metal products.
• Manage sales pipelines, conduct market research, visit customers, negotiate commercial terms, and support business growth in target industries such as semiconductors, automotive, HVAC, and beverage can manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Japan headquarters and group companies to develop strategic opportunities.
• Non-ferrous metals trading industry.

Requirements

• Experience in the metals industry (aluminum, copper, steel, etc.).
• Experience working for a Japanese company.
• Strong persistence and resilience in sales activities.
• Practical and action-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and execute rather than relying solely on theoretical knowledge.
