Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or Commerce.
• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in MRP, inventory management, ROL maintenance, sales coordination and dispatch planning.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
• Understanding of transportation, warehouse operations, GST and e-way bill documentation.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi.
• Exposure to import-export operations and third-party logistics will be an added advantage.
