Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SnapLogic with a background in Data Engineering/Data Management.
  • Solid background in database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata, along with strong knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of ETL, including reading and writing efficient, robust code, implementing best practices and coding standards, designing/implementing common ETL strategies (CDC, SCD, etc.), and creating reusable/maintainable jobs.
  • Knowledge of relational and dimensional database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Experience in building SnapLogic pipelines, error handling, scheduling tasks, and alerts.
  • Ability to analyze and translate functional specifications/user stories into technical specifications.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementations in SnapLogic (developing, testing, implementing)

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in building SnapLogic pipelines, error handling, scheduling tasks, and alerts.
  • Ability to analyze and translate functional specifications/user stories into technical specifications.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementations in SnapLogic (developing, testing, implementing).
  • Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics (schema/connect browser), JDBC, ServiceNow, Google BigQuery Snaps, Oracle, REST, SOAP.
  • Integration experience to work with third-party/external vendors across all modules and provide solutions for SnapLogic design.
  • Knowledge of SAP Snaps and integration technologies (Layer 7, Data Warehouse, PL/SQL, Informatica).
  • Ability to build complex mappings with JSON path expressions, Python scripting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with Business Analysts to understand business requirements, functional requirements, and conversion of business rules into technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to work independently or in conjunction with a team.
