5-8 yrs Experience in Acquisitions/Collections Behavior Risk Scorecards development with programming in SAS, SQL, R & VBA
Candidate should have 2-3 years Machine Learning modeling experience (GBM, Random Forest, XGBOOST)
Should have 2-3 years experience of leading high performing modeling team
With good communication and presentation skills
Strong creative/innovative skills
Excellent problem solving skills
