Role Description

The Assistant Manager Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lodhika. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation. The Assistant Manager HR will support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development activities. The role also includes overseeing attendance, payroll coordination with finance, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handling employee queries and grievance resolution. Collaboration with department heads on workforce planning and HR reporting to senior management will be part of the daily responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
  • Candidates should possess experience in performance management, employee engagement, and training and development activities.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, HR policies, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lodhika, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
