Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

Plan and execute Reward & Recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.

Oversee HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy implementation.

Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and support organizational objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws while maintaining accurate HR records. .
