Assistant Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and operations roles Monitor attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, LWF) Drive employee engagement and grievance redressal Coordinate training, onboarding, and induction processes Maintain HRMIS and manpower reports Liaise with contractors/vendors for manpower supply Ensure discipline and adherence to HR policies at the site Key Skills: Strong communication & people management Knowledge of labor laws and compliances Experience in fast-paced logistics/warehousing environment Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
