The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Client Servicing professional to work on Government projects across events, campaigns, and advertising.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with Government clients and departments.
• Understand briefs, requirements, and expectations and drive them internally.
• Coordinate with Creative, Operations, Production and external vendors.
• Keep track of timelines, approvals, deliverables and follow-ups.
• Prepare presentations, reports, documentation and project trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews and client discussions.
• Support the execution of Government events, campaigns and advertising projects.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure things don’t get stuck.

What We’re Looking For

• Kannada speaking is mandatory — should be able to read and write Kannada.
• 3–4 years of experience in Client Servicing Government projects.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with Government officials and clients.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple things at once.
• Someone who can represent the company well and get things done.

Good to have: Prior experience working directly with Government departments, Government clients, or Government-led projects.
