At Mithros Chemicals, we deliver high-quality contract synthesis services backed by top-notch infrastructure and scientific minds. Located in Hyderabad (Mallapur labs and Madhapur office), our facilities include advanced instruments like NMR (300 MHz), LC-MS, HPLC, FTIR, and more.

Our partner, Taros Chemicals, has 25 years of experience as a trusted German CRO/CMO innovator and continues to expand globally. This role connects you with a seasoned international business development team.

What Youll Do

As part of our Business Development team, you will

• Research target markets and therapeutic areas
• Identify and connect with potential clients (hello, LinkedIn!)
• Generate qualified leads and build your own pipeline
• Collaborate directly with senior European BD managers
• Track KPIs and support strategic growth
• Work with cutting-edge CRM tools and business intelligence platforms

What You Bring

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• 2+ years in a CRO business development or presales role
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and market databases
• Organized, detail-oriented, and data-savvy
• Bonus if you love networking and know how to pitch value
