Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound!

Responsibilities of the Candidate

Oversee the daily inbound operations and customer service workflows of the branch.

•

Ensure strict adherence and compliance with regulatory, banking, and audit standards.

•

Supervise operational processes to maintain turnaround times (TAT) and high process efficiency.

•

Handle customer escalations and queries to deliver an exceptional banking experience.

•

Maintain operational discipline, process hygiene, and accurate documentation across all branch activities.

Requirements

•

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

•

Understanding of core retail banking and branch operational processes.

•

Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

•

Detail-oriented mindset with high regard for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

•

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal communication abilities.
