Assistant Art Director

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Creative Direction or related roles.
• Clear career progression from Graphic Designer Senior/Lead Designer Art Director.
• Mandatory international/global work experience, preferably having worked with global brands, international markets or overseas stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development and art direction.
• Experience in developing creative concepts from ideation through final execution.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, branding, photography and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and other digital design tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial/business objectives.
