Hiring: Accounts & Operations Executive

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily billing, records, customer enquiries, and tailoring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle billing, barcoding, and maintain Excel sheets.
• Track tailoring orders, trial dates, alterations, and final deliveries.
• Update customers via WhatsApp regarding trials and deliveries.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and tailoring teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Basic accounting and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Solid organisational and follow-up skills.
• Retail, garment, or tailoring experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership, maintains accurate records, follows up consistently, and ensures no customer enquiry or order is missed.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
