Position: ASM / Sales Executive – Poultry Feed Sales (Broiler Feed)

📍 Locations: Bhagalpur, Purnea, Darbhanga, Motihari (Bihar)

Experience: 2+ Years (Poultry Feed Sales)

🎓 Eligibility

‣ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

‣ Minimum 2 years of experience in Poultry Feed Sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

‣ Experience in dealer/distributor sales is preferred.

➼ Promote poultry feed products to farmers, dealers, and distributors.

➼ Develop new markets and generate sales leads.

➼ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

➼ Conduct farm visits and dealer meetings.

➼ Provide technical guidance and collect market feedback.

✅ Required Skills

‣ Strong sales and business development skills.

‣ Excellent communication and relationship management.

‣Knowledge of poultry feed products and the poultry industry.

‣ Customer-focused approach with negotiation skills.

‣ Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is an added advantage.
