AI Solutions Engineer – Generative AI, RAG & Agentic AI

Hybrid in Delhi NCR 2–6 years Full-time

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products for an AI-first recruitment platform. The person would be a

builder and problem-solver with startup ownership mindset, beyond the routine POCs or prompt engineering tasks. As part of a small crack team, you shall work closely with the founder and other team members in Technology and Operations to scale the product globally.

You’ll work on

• Agentic / multi-agent AI systems
• RAG, embeddings & semantic search
• AI-powered candidate matching, ranking & scoring
• LLM-based automation and recruiting workflows
• High-volume AI pipelines and third-party integrations
• AI security, evaluation, reliability, latency & cost optimization

Must have

• Strong Python + backend/API engineering
• Production experience with GenAI / LLM applications
• Strong RAG / retrieval understanding
• Experience building agentic AI systems
• Experience with a production-grade agent/AI framework
• End-to-end ownership: architecture → development → deployment → optimization

Highly preferred skills/ experience

• Production experience with Qdrant
• LangGraph / LangChain
• Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Agent Framework
• MCP implementation (Model Context Protocol)
• Docker / AWS / CI/CD
• High-volume, enterprise or secure B2B platforms
• Recruitment/HR-tech experience is a strong plus, but B2B / enterprise / high-volume production AI experience is equally relevant.

Also, Immediate/ Early joiners are preferred, and Remote working may be considered for exceptional talent!
