Roles and Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services such as Bot Service, Language Understanding, and Speech Recognition.- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized conversational AI solutions that meet their needs.- Develop natural language processing (NLP) models using Python and other relevant technologies to enable intelligent conversations between humans and machines.- Troubleshoot issues related to conversational AI systems, identify root causes, and implement fixes.Job Requirements :- 3-11 years of experience in Conversational AI development or a related field.- Robust understanding of generative AI, retrieval augmented generation, STT/ASR/TT concepts.- Proficiency in developing NLP models using Python or similar programming languages.
