Role Description

We are looking for highly motivated CA Articleship Trainees who are keen to gain exposure beyond traditional accounting and compliance work. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with founders, investors, and leadership teams on high-impact assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in accounting, internal auditing, and statutory compliance assignments
• Work on startup advisory engagements, including:
• Financial modelling and projections
• Investment readiness and pitch support
• Due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
• Support in fundraising transactions and structuring
• Participate in financial analysis and strategic advisory for clients
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, valuation workings, and presentations
• Work closely with senior team members on client interactions and execution
