Articleship Opportunity:-

You will get exposure in following areas:-

• Statutory & Tax Audits of various clients. Some of them planning for stock exchange listing.
• Income Tax, GST and allied tax laws compliances
• Assisting in Virtual CFO for clients having turnover ranging from INR 50 Crores to 500 crores
• GCC clients-US Taxation filings and Coordination with US CPA's. Handling MNC entities having India & US offices and their end to end compliances in both countires
• Internal audits of clients up to turnover ranging from INR 50 Crores to 200 crores
• Transfer Pricing & International taxation of overseas companies located in Switzerland/USA/UK
• FEMA & Secretarial Compliances under RBI & ROC
• Litigation matters in GST & Income Tax (In 2nd Year)
• Finalisation of Balance Sheets of various entities
• Project financing & Interpretation of financial statements from Banking perspectives
• Training in AI tools, Software like QuickBooks, SAP used in addition to Tally

Above clients are from across wide range of business segments from Automobile, Manufacturing, Software/IT, Restaurant Chains, Startups, Telecom, Real Estate & Construction contractors, Travel Industry etc.

Stipend

Stipend ranging from Rs.12000/- to Rs 18000/- per month
