Area Sales Representative

Role: Field Sales Executive Corporate Uniforms & Shoes

Location: Pune, Varanasi.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Corporate Uniform Sales (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive institutional sales for corporate uniforms and shoes. The role involves developing new corporate tie-ups, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new corporates, institutions and distributors for corporate uniforms and shoes tie-ups
• Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts
• Conduct regular field visits to corporate within the assigned territory
• Present product samples, explain specifications, and coordinate size trials
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and finalize annual / bulk contracts
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer queries, order issues, and post-sales support
• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates
• Track competitors, market trends, and provide market feedback to management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in uniform sales mandatory
• Ability to build relationships with corporate management, principals, and purchase committees
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with target-driven and seasonal sales pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / sales reporting tools

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
