Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Retail Channel Development: Sales & Business Development: Execute territory sales plans to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while expanding market share.

Market Planning & Execution: Implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, run promotional campaigns, monitor competitor pricing/schemes, and coordinate with distributors for timely inventory supply.

Relationship & Database Management: Support retail partners with product knowledge, maintain updated databases of leads/dealers, and resolve customer/retailer concerns promptly.

Reporting & Field Intelligence: Maintain daily/weekly MIS dashboards, track sales performance via Excel/CRM, and gather actionable field intelligence.

Graduate (B.Sc. in Agriculture preferred) or Post-Graduate (MBA in Agriculture, Retail, or Marketing preferred).

Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Retail Sales, Field Sales, FMCG, Agri Inputs, Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, or Distribution Sales.
