• Lead and coordinate all field marketing activities, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads to expand our customer base.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and business partners.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adapt strategies effectively.
• Achieve challenging monthly business and marketing targets.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly performance reports to management.
• Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and achieve collective goals.
• Regularly visit clients and business locations as a crucial part of field marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development is essential.
• Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage field operations and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Candidates must be highly motivated and willing to work primarily in the field.
• Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
• A target-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
