💰 **CTC:** ₹30 LPA (stretchable up to ₹35 LPA)

• *Key Requirements:**
• Graduate / MBA with 8+ years of overall experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing a large-scale business with a turnover of ₹200–300 Cr.
• Strong expertise in retail operations, P&L management, team leadership, and business growth.
• Industry preference: Retail / QSR / FMCG / Hospitality.
• **EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) experience is not preferred.**
