🔑 Role & Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube, Ads, Course Content, Lifestyle Videos).
• Create story-driven edits that engage, educate, and inspire audiences.
• Collaborate with the core Team36 on campaigns, course materials, and brand storytelling.
• Repurpose raw footage into platform-ready content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Bring creativity, speed, and consistency to every project.

�� Skills We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve/ CapCut (or any other equivalent).
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, captions, transitions.
• Experience in editing social-first content (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
• A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and music sync.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI video tools and trend adaptation.
