Hiring: Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect (Presales & Solutioning)

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with strong presales, solutioning, and customer advisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops and solution design discussions.
• Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights).
• Own RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Present solution approaches to customer stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Define integration, data migration, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive successful pursuits.
• Identify and position AI, Copilot, and Agentic AI use cases within customer engagement processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE.
• Strong expertise in D365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights.
• Experience in presales, estimation, and solution architecture.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Experience with Azure Integration Services and API-based integrations.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft AI Engineer / Azure AI Certifications
