What you will do

• Provide feedback that tells learners exactly what to do next.
• Manage a budget for teaching materials and equipment.
• Work with colleagues to moderate marking and keep standards consistent.
• Track attainment and intervene early where a learner falls behind.
• Contribute to admissions and selection processes.
• Support colleagues through peer observation and shared planning.
• Keep subject knowledge current with developments in the field.
