Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice Electrician role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Apprentice Electrician will assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Daily tasks include learning to read basic electrical diagrams, handling tools and materials, routing cables, installing fixtures, and supporting routine inspections under supervision. The role involves participating in troubleshooting activities, following safety protocols, and documenting work performed. The apprentice will receive on-the-job training to build foundational electrical skills and progress toward greater responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of electricity and electrical principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in electrical work, including safe use of tools and installation support.
• Candidates should possess abilities in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for identifying and assisting in resolving electrical issues.
• Candidates should possess foundational understanding of electrical engineering concepts relevant to practical work.
• Completion of a relevant ITI/diploma or vocational course in electrical trade is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety standards, work under supervision, and learn new techniques on the job.
• Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic communication skills in English or local language.
